Remedies for Hay fever in Zest

Zest Magazine recently published 6 remedies for hayfever and included HayMax™ “The Nose Unblocker” as part of their “ultimate pollen defence kit”. In their article (to which Prof Emberlin of NPARU contributed significantly), they mention avoiding mascara as that traps pollen which can then drop into your eyes. Prof Emberlin also suggested probiotics as a contribution to your hayfever treatment. A recent Institute of food research study found that fewer hay fever causing antibodies were produced in Hay fever sufferers who drank a probiotic drink daily for 5 months.

Amongst other suggestions was cutting down on drink. Other people have said that a glass of red wine can actually be good in your hayfever treatment regime because it is high in anti-oxidants.  On balance we think less alcohol is usually going to be your best course of action.
