About The Team
HayMax policy is to keep the main business small and to outsource all functions. This way we access resources bigger than we could hope for on our own, paying for what we use when we need it.
So our team really is much bigger than the people you see here.
We have a Digital Marketing team who run our social media for us. We have companies who manufacture our product and all the components. We have accountants who manage our finances. we have a PR company who let the press know all about us and ge us in the papers, magazines and online publications. and the list goes on.
In the office is Max Wiseberg, a lifelong hay fever sufferer who invented HayMax Allergen Barrier Balms to help with his own hayfever. He has experience in Management, Sales and Marketing, and most business functions. He is HayMax Managing Director as well as operating as Quasi Non-Executive director for small businesses, business mediator and other support roles for business.
Chris Kelly and Max are partners in both business and life, and Chris has comprehensive experience of running businesses and shops, from North West Arts to Specialist design stores. As well as creating fabulous artworks in her spare time. Chris and Max set up HayMax together and Chris is registered at Companies House as the Company Secretary.
Theresa has a wealth of financial and bookkeeping experience gained over a lifetime in books – the financial kind! She keeps Max and Chris on the straight and narrow.
It is a genuine Family Business and, although daughters Edie and Lola are pursuing their own careers, they contribute in many ways, writing blogs, articles for the website, helping with social media and sometimes putting in some time in the office. One day they might even put their pictures up here.
