I love using and recommending natural products and when I heard about HayMax I was delighted that there was a natural remedy for hay fever, dust, mould and pet allergies etc.

If you have any allergies it is beneficial to become healthier so outside influences don’t have such severe reactions.

Here are 5 factors that I have found can exacerbate allergies:

  • Weakened immune system
  • Poor diet

  • Overload of chemicals & toxins
  • Stress

When the body is overloaded with chemicals and toxins from foods and substances then it will cause more stress, dehydration and weaken the immune system.

Some of the ways you can help the body recover is to have the most natural foods and drinks and finding healthy alternatives to wheat, dairy, sugar, caffeine etc. as these can cause stress in the body.

Using natural toiletries/cleaning products etc. will also help take the burden off unnatural ones that have a toxic cocktail of chemicals.

Wearing natural materials will also be beneficial as these will  help the skin breathe and have antimicrobial properties.

Strengthening the body & immune system naturally may then make you less sensitive to allergens.
